7i is RGB independent research and development, with completely independent core technology, full digital decoding technology dimming racks, using a dual system, double decoding, double trigger, and duplex dual backup central decoding processor, with thyristor, relay, dimming relay mixed and other output configurations, supporting a visual lighting control system, intuitive display of dimming racks' online and offline status, and remote monitoring.
It is widely used in performing arts and cultural venues such as theaters, concert halls, multi-function halls, cultural travel and performing arts, TV stations, gymnasiums, auditoriums, commercial art lighting and so on.
- The racks meet the test standard of international standards such as EN61000-2014, EN55103.1-2009, and EN55103.2-2009, and the quality inspection standards of the national standards such as GB/T13582-1992, GB/T14218-2018 and GB/T7251.12-2013.
- The racks have obtained a CQC certification certificate, a CE or UL certification certificate, and the inspection certificate issued by a third party and EMC.
- Visual monitoring system: Under the communication of sACN, Art-Net, RGG-NET, RDM and other protocols, it can realize real-time equipment monitoring, visually display the online and offline status of the equipment, and display the connection status between the devices in three different colors: blue, green, and gray (optional).
- Multi-backup non-polar trigger control technology: each module has an independent CPU central processor, DMX full digital decoding and an independent dimming control function with non-interference to ensure A, B, and C three-phase load balance and automatic identification of the loop address code in accordance with the natural digital order to achieve multi-system, multi-decoding, multi-backup, and multiplex work.
- Intelligent recognition and automatic switching control function: the control system can intelligently identify the resistive load, non-resistive load or no-load according to the characteristics of the load, and the system can automatically switch to the corresponding working mode (the resistive load is dimming mode, and the non-resistive load is through mode).
- Efficiency compensation technology: work instantaneous high pressure of relay ＜350V, the service life of the relay is extended by more than 10 times, and the service life of lamps and lanterns is extended by 50% (optional).
- Unrestricted dimming control technology: Implement multi-link address code zero vacancy in network and DMX communication (example: the starting address of the sixth 96-circuit dimming rack can be set to 481, and so on), and the starting address code can be set arbitrarily (optional).
- Dual language system: supports the display in English and Chinese, which can be changed arbitrarily.
- Wired remote control: system monotonic optical racks, multi-dimming racks step dimming/through control, the system single and multi-channel simultaneously send and receive DMX network signal detection, real-time capture DMX network error code, intuitive light column, brightness percentage, and hexadecimal display mode.
- Double liquid crystal display: a color liquid crystal display is installed on the rack's body to monitor the parameter of the dimming racks, and the LCD of each drawer unit displays the operation status.
- Without a power supply, it can independently monitor the real-time temperature and humidity of the working environment 24 hours a day.
- Racks display: A Color touch LCD intelligent display and touch control are installed for real-time monitoring of the operation status of the racks and controlling and setting parameters such as DMX address, dimming curve, operation mode, network, initialization, online drawers, rack number and starting address, automatic identification and switching, heating value, and self-diagnosis.
- Drawer display: each drawer is equipped with an LCD to display circuit address, load phase, brightness adjustment, operation mode, switch state and other parameters; the racks have such functions as independent LED operation status indication, dimming/pass-through manual switching and highest priority emergency switch mode.
- Remote feedback, remote PC display and setting functions: remote monitoring of large tank running state, including rack initialization, restoring the factory default values, operation mode, short circuit protection frequency, dimming setting, network protocol, main parameters, and main parameters such as preheating value.
- Dual DMX-512, RDM, RJ45, and fiber input mode support the whole network sACN and ART-net standard network protocol.
- Support the Android and iOS platforms' APP application pattern.
- Mobile touch screen: With system mobile touch screen, it supports dimming rack parameter setting and dimming and control of the whole system dimming racks (optional).
- The racks have 21 preset dimming curves and ≥ 999 custom dimming curve settings.
- Wireless WIFI control: Support wireless remote dimming function (optional).
- The racks have such functions as commissioning for lamp identification, emergency dimming, “scene” edition, editing, backup scene record and playback. Scene number ≥999.
- Emergency scene recording: when all control signals are interrupted suddenly, the system will automatically hold the last scene.
- Intelligent fan function: 4 functions are available, such as low speed, medium speed, high speed and intelligent. When selecting intelligent, the racks can automatically switch to stop, low, medium and high-speed modes according to the working temperature of the racks.
- Dual backup power system: the racks have a function to indicate power status and alarm; the standby power can be started immediately in case of failure or main power failure.
- Hotplug functions: the racks support normal removal and replacement of the drawer under the working state, namely the plug-and-play function.
- The racks have an alternative automatic voltage compensation function, and when the input power supply voltage changes between 180-240, the output voltage is constant to ensure that the brightness of the light remains constant (optional).
- The racks have an automatic testing function upon starting and loading and can accurately test the load conditions such as open circuit, short circuit and three-phase equilibrium (optional).
- A lockable installation, commissioning and maintenance back door ensure that at any time standard wire is normalized and failure is removed.
