V2 is an artificial intelligence dimming rack independently developed by RGB, which has completely independent core technology and obtained software copyrights. It is a fully digital electrodeless trigger and multi-backup independent CPU central processor technology. It has a variety of output configurations, such as sine wave, thyristor, relay, dimming relay, etc. It supports visual lighting control system and visually displays the online and offline status of dimming racks. Realize remote monitoring, editing, and setting of relevant parameters.
It is widely used in performing arts and cultural venues such as theaters, concert halls, multi-function halls, cultural travel and performing arts, TV stations, gymnasiums, auditoriums, commercial art lighting and so on.
- Dual backup power system: with power status indication and alarm; backup power can start immediately in case of main power failure.
- Hot swap function: supports drawer replacement under normal live operation; plug-and-play functionality.
- Automatic voltage compensation: maintains constant output voltage when input varies between 180 and 240 V, ensuring consistent lamp brightness (optional).
- Intelligent monitoring function: monitors open circuit, short circuit, three-phase balance, and other operational states.
- Dynamic preheating and recording: saves energy, extends lamp life, and monitors power consumption of each load (optional).
- Protective rack structure: high-quality galvanized material for moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and dust-proof performance, ensuring system safety and reliability.
- Rack installation and cable connection: supports embedded, wall-mounted, flow, and front cable installation; upward or downward cable routing.
- Dimming self-protection: high-strength thyristor, capable of >100 direct short circuits; preheating value setting; each loop equipped with a high-performance independent RCD protection device (optional).
- Output modes: two independent modes—thyristor and relay.
- Drawer unit options: thyristor, relay, or mixed thyristor + relay; multiple units can operate simultaneously without interference.
- High-quality bidirectional thyristor with 2500V optocoupler, photoelectric isolation, and 15KV anti-static protection to prevent high voltage from entering the control system.
- Anti-interference capability: meets GB/T 14218-2018 Level 1 standards; choke inductor suppresses current rise time to 280–450 μs.
- High-quality industrial relay: DC direct trigger control, resistant to instantaneous pulse current, and optional mechanical locking relay.
- Efficient heat dissipation design: optimized airflow, aluminum alloy drawer shell, and excellent thermal performance to extend service life.

- Visual monitoring system: under sACN, Art-Net, RGG-NET, RDM and other protocols, realizes real-time equipment monitoring, visually displays online/offline status, and shows device connection status in blue, green, and gray (optional).
- Multi-backup non-polar trigger control technology: each module has an independent CPU, DMX full digital decoding, and independent dimming control function; ensures A, B, C three-phase load balance, auto-identifies loop address codes, and supports multi-system, multi-decoding, multi-backup, multiplex work.
- Intelligent identification and automatic switching control: system automatically identifies resistive, non-resistive, or no-load and switches to the corresponding mode; resistive load in dimming mode, non-resistive load in through mode (optional).
- Relay efficiency compensation technology: relay instant high voltage < 350V, extends relay life up to 10 times, and load lamp life up to 50% (optional).
- Relay switch delay setting: allows time sequence conduction under relay state to avoid instant power grid impact.
- Online self-diagnosis: real-time monitoring of working voltage, MCU, RS485 communication, DMX512, and online drawer status.
- Working mode setting: dimming, through, switch, voltage regulator; adjustable via remote visualization system, racks door touch screen, or drawer panel.
- Safe power supply: three-phase total circuit breaker with status indication; network/DMX remote control for three-phase breaker (optional).

- Dual LCD display: color touch LCD for monitoring racks parameters; each drawer unit LCD shows working status.
- Racks display: color touch LCD for real-time monitoring, on-site control of DMX address, dimming curve, working mode, network, initialization, online drawer, racks number, starting address, preheating value, and self-diagnosis.
- Drawer display: LCD shows loop address, load phase, dimming brightness, working mode, switch status; independent LED indicator; dimming/through manual switch; highest priority emergency switch mode.
- Remote feedback and PC display: monitor and control racks remotely, including initialization, factory reset, working mode, short-circuit protection count, dimming settings, network protocols, and preheating values.
- Input interfaces: Dual DMX512, RDM, RJ45, optical fiber; supports TCP/IP, sACN, Art-Net protocols and bidirectional RDM.
- APP application mode: Android and iOS platforms (optional).
