The Beijing Art Center, an international high-standard art hall, is a masterpiece of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. During its construction, it was formerly known as the Beijing City Sub-center Theater and is located in the Green Heart Forest Park of the Tongzhou Sub-center in Beijing. The Grand Theater includes 1800 opera houses, 1550 concert halls, 1000 theater venues, 500 small theaters, 650 Green Heart open-air theaters, rehearsal halls, international exchange centers, art exhibition halls, and other high-level professional art performance venues. It forms a large cultural and art center with surrounding libraries and museums and is an international high-level cultural and artistic complex that integrates artistic performances, exhibitions, art education, and cultural exchange experiences.
The dimming control system of some professional theaters in the Beijing Art Center adopts RGB high-quality 9i series dimming racks. Among them, 5 intelligent hybrid dimming racks are used for the control systems of the small theater, Green Heart open-air theater, rehearsal hall, and international exchange center, with a total of 288 control circuits for thyristor dimming/relay mixed drawer modules, 192 control circuits for relay drawer modules, and 8 9i series wall-mounted intelligent hybrid dimming racks, with a total of 96 control circuits for relay drawer modules. In addition, 350 control circuits for RGB direct dimming racks customized according to international standards are used to safeguard the dimming control system of national art halls. The installation and commissioning work was finished by the end of 2023.
