The Bazhou Cultural and Arts Center is located in Hongyanhe New District, Korla City, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. Its main functions include a theater, concert hall, art exhibition hall, intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, workers' cultural palace, comprehensive exhibition hall, outdoor plaza, and related supporting facilities. With a total construction area of 42,000 square meters, it is the first large-scale cultural theater in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture with a capacity of 1,200 seats.

The project's design concept is "Round Sky, Earth" design, with the architectural form of "Sunrise over Tianshan" reflecting both the rich heritage of traditional Chinese culture and local regional characteristics.
The lighting control system for the Bazhou Cultural and Art Center Grand Theater uses five RGB intelligent hybrid 7i dimming cabinets, with a total of 480 control circuits in the triac dimming/relay direct hybrid unit drawers, controlling a wide variety of professional stage performance lighting fixtures throughout the venue, ensuring the smooth operation of professional performances in the grand theater.
It will officially be put into use in the first half of 2025, providing the people of Bazhou with a richer, more colorful, and high-quality cultural and artistic life.
